Then there’s the Base Backpackers Hotel. This one is located on Kent Street, and is not only near many of the places named, but also the Pyrmont Bridge, IMAX theater, and the Sydney Aquarium–one of the largest aquariums in the world.
Although they only offer spacious multi-share dorms here with private bathrooms, they do have a nice lounge bar, and internet corner. It’s a nice place to sleep if someone is by themselves and don’t have a lot of money–it only costs twenty-eight dollars a day.
