Acquiring Nursery Furniture and Nursery Crib

§ March 30th, 2010 § Filed under Small Business § Tagged , , , , , , , , Comments Off

Nowadays, baby furniture differs quite a bit in style, cost and also choice, and at over a billion dollars, there is room for a wide range of makers in the nursery furniture field.

There are many top manufacturers within the nursery furniture category. The infant furniture category contains nursery furniture for children from birth through 2 years, including colored baby furniture, baby furniture cribs, bassinets, an infant table for changing diapers, glider rockers, rocking chairs, dressers, chests, armoires as well as bookcases. Basically everything you would order at a baby store while furniture shopping.

Even though the majority of the parents believed that they mostly shopped at discount shops they admittedly would make more extravagant buys at a specialized baby store if there was something they really desired.

Choosing A Generator That Is Right For Your Needs. | Your-Home-Business.biz is another great article.

A new mom discussed about children strollers and she paid $300 for a child stroller simply because she liked the elements. So if a parent is willing to spend $300 on a child stroller which is commonly a small ticket item in comparison to nursery furniture what are they willing to invest in a nursery crib, an item that’s use is far more compared to the use of a child stroller.

Items like blankets, baby strollers, a nursery crib bed mattress, a toddler bed and accessories or items that would be bought for nursery gifts or baby presents, or furniture for children over the age of 2 are not included in the category being talked about as major child bedroom furniture providers. This is mainly nursery furniture for babies and under in the strictest sense of the word.

Usually a nursery crib is the most important purchase you’ll make for your baby, along with the rest of the nursery furniture. Nursery Furniture Makers know this and accommodate our need to give our child “best product”. This is why nursery furniture and nursery crib units become favorite product in baby’s market.

Is The Rich Jerk Ebook Worth It?

§ March 30th, 2010 § Filed under Internet Marketing § Tagged , , , , , , Comments Off

The Rich Jerk is something that is really unique. When I first read its sales page, I was taken aback by how it was written.

Most people who have purchased and read the e-book, or simply accessed the sales page would think that the author of the Rich Jerk has aptly named his e-book.

Nonetheless, I must concede that the Rich Jerk definitely is helpful and that information found in it can really mean a lot especially in the world of internet marketing.

Also you can check this great article Rafting on Tara River - And Few Alternative Adventures You Should Try | premiership2008.co.uk

It works although I’m still very much annoyed by the way the e-book insults all its readers.

Anyway, there are a lot of mixed reactions about the Rich Jerk in most forums that I have frequented.

Most people I know who have been in the business for a long time say that it does contain helpful material but most beginners tend to cry scam. I therefore don’t endorse the Rich Jerk to people who are just starting out.

Meanwhile, I found the book to be very straightforward.

I hate how some authors tend to put in flowery words and other fluff just so that their e-book reaches 200 pages. And then you’re left with the task of synthesizing every page and finding out that it only contains a paragraph worth of useful material.

The Rich Jerk is also different in that it isn’t a tutorial kind of e-book but rather it’s very concise. It doesn’t add any explanation or added details to any of the instructions that are included in the e-book.

This can definitely be a problem to beginners who haven’t mastered the craft of internet marketing. I guess this is why most of them hate the e-book.

Regardless, the Rich Jerk can be a valuable tool for improving your affiliate business and making you a better internet entrepreneur.

Easter Promotional Gifts

§ March 30th, 2010 § Filed under Marketing § Tagged , , , , , , Comments Off

Holidays are good times to give clients, staff and customers promotional gifts. With the holiday spirit in the air people welcome the addition of a gift. The purpose is to not only to show your appreciation to the people that are important to the company, but also to bring in new business from new customers who may receive the gift. If done right the effects long out-weigh the cost, such that most big corporate companies regularly deploy this method to help with branding and bringing in new customers.

Easter is coming quickly and it’s time to adjust your advertisement campaign in order to take advantage of this great opportunity to offer promotional gifts. There are many chocolate products available that can be offered as promotional gifts, you have a wide range of individually wrapped chocolates, chocolate bars, and various sizes of boxes of chocolates. Since everyone has at least a bit of a sweet tooth think about how great these gifts will be received, and the kind of advertisement they will offer your company. Of course every chocolate, chocolate bar, or box will have your company’s logo easily visible.

Other Easter options include the famous logo bugs. These are cute characters that carry a ribbon with all your company’s details. There are many different characters to choose from, but for Easter, the cute chick is a wonderful choice. These are low cost options and offer longevity as many times these are placed on computer monitors or in the window of the office.

No one turns down something for free, this is why promotional gifts are so effective and popular. Gifts go back into our childhood when we impatiently waited for holidays and birthdays to receive our gifts. The feeling when receiving a gift is pure joy, its happiness and satisfaction. It’s a feeling of being appreciated and loved and makes just anyone feel giddy, especially if the gift isn’t expected. That’s what makes promotional gifting a successful advertisement strategy, as the feeling the receiver gets from the gift is then associated with your company and logo. So from that point on every time they think of your company, they will get that same feeling they got when they received your gift.

Gifts that have real value or use really go much further than a gift that will be put in a drawer or even trash can and forgotten. It’s just that extra step to make an impression and to stand out. It’s the best way to get both return business as well as free advertisement for future business. The more the gift is used and appreciated, the higher the chances of more business you have.

Just buying the gift doesn’t take it far enough, the presentation is also very important. This is where you can show how your company represents itself and shows attention to detail, by the wrapping and details that you’ve looked into when putting the gift together. Aside from the wrapping and little details to the presentation, consider the delivery as well. The more personal the better, hand deliver at all times possible. This will have a major impact on the receiver leaving a great impression and also making them feel extra special.

Lastly make sure you enjoy the act of giving promotional gifts. The corporate world can be so competitive and serious. This is one way to lighten the mood. Choosing something that people will like helps create longevity in your campaign making sure your business is around for years to come.

Over The Counter Bulletin Board – Evolve Or Die!

§ March 30th, 2010 § Filed under Marketing § Tagged , , , , , , , , Comments Off

Why Are You Taking Your Company Public? Evolve Or Die! As the owner of a corporate consulting firm that takes companies public and steps into public entities with a turnaround team to fix dying companies, there are two realities of corporate strategies that ring true in any and all industries when it comes to creating successful companies and those realities are: few things work and nothing works for long. Evolve or die, the decision is yours. What works today didn’t work ten years ago and won’t work ten years from now.

Promotional strategies, inter industry alliances, legal loopholes and board member’s bartering chips are forever spinning and mutating and like Zen seem to change shape just as the issues that make a strategies template seem to be defined and duplicatable.

Constantly update your publicity technologies. Always get the opinion of different peer groups who represent polar opposites in the market place before you roll out a new product or service. Before you make a decision have a backup plan and a backup plan to that plan. Have your CFO’s work audited by outside sources. Run credit checks on executives before they are promoted and find out if they are trying to live above their means, if so, they have the ‘grass is greener’ disease and will never be satisfied and will always be looking for a better deal. Employees like this can’t be trusted to help carry a company.

If you are a business owner, your job should be finding someone more qualified than you to run and grow your company. Always have multiple streams of revenue. If you are in the service industry, diversify by offering some products. If you are in the product industry (retail type) partner with some service oriented companies to earn commissions off of their efforts and your customer base.

Always be on a lookout for strategic partners and never be afraid to network. Keep updating your business plan. When raising capital stay out of debt and offer equity instead and when you offer equity in return for investment, pick inter industry alliances to raise capital from. Use a publicist and publicize everything! If you can’t afford a publicist put out press releases keeping your industry and potential clients informed of what you’re doing.

The above is just a little advice that I give to each client before initiating the structuring process of a Pre IPO. These realities will hold true today, next year and as long as commerce exists.

Loans On Stock And Non Recourse Stock Loan

§ March 30th, 2010 § Filed under Marketing § Tagged , , , , , , , , , , , , , Comments Off

There is a lot of confusion about stock and securities backed, non-recourse lending. Here is a case study for three different scenarios of what can be done for ultimate capitalization if one owns stock and wants to monetize without selling their shares.

Client A is in the gaming business based in the Southeast and had problems getting conventional financing to fund their growth. The project was a bid and fulfillment of contract to place gaming machines in new locations recently approved for gaming. The need was $1.2 million and while the company itself could not fund its growth, the owner’s personal portfolio of mostly blue chip stocks got a loan to value of 85% and a rate of 0.75% with a cap at 1.75% for 5 yrs. He has the option to renew for 2 additional 5 year periods.

Client B has substantial real estate holdings both residential and commercial. One of his larger commercial mortgages was getting ready to reset with a large balloon payment due. Not having the money and not being able to refinance with his bank he came to us. The need was $1.4 million and in this case the portfolio consisted of only one stock. That stock was a large cap stock nearly a ‘blue chip’ company that got a loan to value of 82% and a rate of 1.05% with a cap of 2.05% over a period of 3 yrs. He has the option of renewing for 2 additional 3 year periods.

Client C has a company that is ready to go public. They are already on board with an investment bank and their IPO has already been priced and is ready for sale to the underwriting syndicate prior to its listing and trading on the NASDAQ stock exchange. The company needed a bridge loan as well additional funding to pay the substantial investment banking and stock exchange fees to complete their listing. The need was $1.5 million and we used the Treasury stock of the Company itself that was going to be issued to do a loan at 78% loan to value at a rate of 1.00% and a cap of 2.00% over a period of 3 years. They have the option of renewing for 2 additional 3-year periods.

Raising fast capital for any reason, regardless of credit is easy if you know how!

Teeth Whitening Safety Issues – What They Don’t Want You To See!

§ March 30th, 2010 § Filed under Beauty § Tagged , , , , , , , , , , , Comments Off

Ever thought of having your teeth bleached so you can have your pearly whites from your teen years again? You are not the only one. But how is a person ever to choose from all the products and services available on the market today? It can be hard to pick one.

The first whitening services started appearing over a decade ago. Since then, cheaper alternatives have entered the scene. Using an over the counter whitening kit, you can bleach your teeth the same way the dentist would’ve done it. There are also whitening toothpastes. But in all honesty, those are cheap and don’t deliver any results.

You can’t get significant whitening results unless you decide to go with something a little more impressive than a toothpaste or a mouthwash. You must use a product whose working is based on hydrogen peroxide to perform the bleaching. Anything less simply won’t get you results. But you can also develop the following side effects from hydrogen peroxide based products.

Read this related article: Choosing A Generator - Which Will Suit Your Needs?

1. Tingling soft tissues. The tissues in the mouth and the throat are soft and sensitive. When they get in contact with any of the hydrogen peroxide that you may have swallowed, there is the risk that they will get irritated. You can also develop headaches and a sore throat.

2. Allergic reaction. If you are out of luck, then you can have an allergic reaction to the compounds used in the bleaching solution. Most people don’t have this, but if you do, you’re going to be uncomfortable for a while. You might feel some swelling in your mouth and throat.

3. Gum sensitivity. You should always be careful not to get too much hydrogen peroxide on your gums. Try to keep that stuff away from the gums completely, if possible. Your gums are sensitive and they can become painful if you irritate them with bleaching gel for too long.

4. Sensitivity of the teeth. If you use too much hydrogen peroxide or you use it for too long, you can permanently damage your tooth enamel. The enamel is the protection of the teeth and when it’s gone, it’s gone. The result will be permanently more painful and sensitive teeth.

It is definitely possible to whiten your teeth safely with a whitening kit for use at home, just so long as you are paying attention to what you are doing. A professional dentist bleaches teeth for a living and will likely give you a good treatment with results but no side effects.

I have much more information regarding this issue at my Brite Smile Teeth Whitening website. In addition, I advise that you check out Brite Smile Prices!

Take Your Company Public: The ‘Spoke Wheel’ Method

§ March 30th, 2010 § Filed under Marketing § Tagged , , , , , , , , , Comments Off

The ‘Spoke Wheel’ Approach To Taking Your Company Public.

A public corporation, just as a private company is composed of several contributing factors that dictate the outcome of its success. If you visualize your corporate entity as the ‘hub’ of the wheel and each spoke as a ‘contributing asset’ to the company you’ll find that the more spokes in the wheel, the more weight the wheel can carry as its strength rests on scores of unified connections working together, each with one simultaneous point of interest, the hub.

These hub connections can be anything that contributes to the overall success and perpetual, yet controlled, growth strategy of the company such as: a dozen strategic partnerships that act as growing distribution channels for your product or service, finance alliances that take care of your growth capital needs, multiple legal professionals that you can tap into for advise and corporate strategies, dozens of companies within your industry that focus on a different element of the industry but cooperate as a referral source for new business and on and on.

Also you can check this great article Choosing A Power Generator For Business Or Home Needs

Your goal, in creating a solid, strategically aligned pre public and post public corporation is to keep building spokes and bringing on partners and executives that can instantly contribute to adding more strategic alliances and growth enhancers to your ever evolving and emerging corporate wheel.

If you are a public company, partnerships that you should have heavily represented in your model should be securities attorneys, market makers and broker dealers, several publicists with different areas of media focus, viral publicists, investor relations facilitators and service providers etc. Don’t forget the political contacts and padding contacts. By ‘padding’ I mean contacts that may serve no active role other than having some big names affiliated with your company that can gain attention within and outside your specific industry genre.
